My wife and I had tried unsuccessfully to work with builders since January to meet our housing needs.  Once we got Cord involved, the whole process went smoothly and we are now enjoying our new home.  Cord Goodson was behind us every step of the way.  He was very thorough and did all the work for us.  We could not have ask for a better Realtor.

We were extremely pleased with the way that Cord handled the listing and sale of our investment property in Greenville.  Cord was always professional and got the job done quickly and well.  When we first met with Cord to list the property, he was prepared to answer all of our questions and offered good advice.  We listed the property on Thursday and Cord immediately started calling investors and talking to other realtors.  By Saturday, we had a signed contract and less than 30 days later the property was sold!  Cord or his assistant, Denise, were always available when we needed them and they kept us well informed about inspections and requests from the buyer.  As could happen in any closing, we encountered some issues just prior to closing that could have resulted in the sale falling through, but Cord listened to each party’s concerns and effectively mediated the issues to the satisfaction of everyone involved.   Cord is an excellent realtor.  I will gladly recommend him to anyone.
